The engineering composition of charging piles is generally divided into charging pile equipment, cable tray and optional functions
(1) Charging pile equipment
Commonly used charging pile equipment includesDC charging pile60kw-240kw (floor-mounted double gun), DC charging pile 20kw-180kw (floor-mounted single gun), AC charging pile 3.5kw-11kw (wall-mounted single gun),AC charging pile7kw-42kw (wall-mounted double gun) and AC charging pile 3.5kw-11kw (floor-mounted single gun);
AC charging piles are often equipped with components such as leakage protection switches, AC contactors,charging guns, lightning protection devices, card readers, electricity meters, auxiliary power supplies, 4G modules, and display screens;
DC charging piles are often equipped with components such as switches, AC contactors, charging guns, lightning protectors, fuses, electricity meters, DC contactors, switching power supplies, DC modules, 4G communications, and display screens.
(2) Cable trays
It is mainly for distribution cabinets, power cables, electrical wiring, electrical piping (KBG pipes, JDG pipes, hot-dip galvanized steel pipes), bridges, weak current (network cables, switches, weak current cabinets, optical fiber transceivers, etc.).
(3) Optional functional class
- From the high-voltage distribution room to theev charging Stationdistribution room, the distribution room to the charging pile partition general box, and the partition general box is connected to the charging pile meter box, and the supply and installation of medium and high voltage cables, high and low voltage equipment, transformers, distribution boxes, and meter boxes in this part of the circuit are constructed by the power supply unit;
- The charging pile equipment and the cable behind the meter box of the charging pile shall be constructed by theev charging pile manufacturer;
- The time of deepening and drawing of charging piles in various places is uncertain, resulting in the inability to conceal the piping site from the meter box of the charging pile to the charging pile, which can be divided according to the site situation, and the piping and wiring shall be constructed by the general contractor or the pipeline and threading construction by the charging pile manufacturer;
- The bridge frame for theelectric carcharging station, and the foundation grounding and ditch in the power distribution room of theev chargershall be constructed by the general contractor.
